The standard font for customization is Lucida Calligraphy, but you can choose another font from the options in the image below. Simply select it in the dropdown menu or leave a note in the "Special instructions to seller" box at checkout.

The laser engraving process is performed in-house at the Tuscany Leather factory by qualified staff and will not affect the delivery time!

I've been looking at your backpacks, specifically the "Melbourne - Italian leather laptop backpack | TL142205". Question on the zipper that sits between the back of the back where the straps are, and a person wearing the bag - Would this zipper not be felt by the wearer? Would it not be uncomfortable?
